We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and cash.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased electronically via the online shop using PayPal or in-store. Electronic vouchers are emailed and provide codes that can only be used in-store.

Cancellations

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost small businesses precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48 hours notice of the cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and less than 24 hours notice of cancellation 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Client Satisfaction

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

Children

Any children in the salon under the age of 14 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian. Children are very welcome in the salon but please be mindful that relaxing treatments maybe taking place next door.
